2. Eligibility & Registration

3. User Account

Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — is a serious breach of these terms. Kiss919 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts found will be closed, and any bonus funds or bonus-related winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Permitted Deposit Methods

Kiss919 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian users: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM10. Deposits are processed within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering policy. Processing times range from 30 minutes to 2 hours for regular members, with faster processing available for VIP members. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory identity verification. 4.3 Third-Party Funded Accounts

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Standard Rollover Requirements

All bonuses offered by Kiss919 — including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback bonuses and other special promotions — are subject to a 15x rollover requirement based on the total bonus amount received, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM100, you must wager a total of RM1,500 before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Game Contributions Toward Rollover

Contribution rates vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 100%, Sports Betting contributes 100%, and certain table games such as roulette contribute 100% towards rollover requirements. • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• Kiss919 reserves the right to cancel, withhold or amend the outcome of any bet if there is evidence of fraud, misconduct or irregularity in a match (for example, suspicious results or match-fixing).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the official duration set by the relevant sporting body, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full.
• In-play (live betting) wagers are subject to immediate acceptance by the Kiss919 system. Odds displayed during the confirmation process may differ from the odds ultimately accepted, due to rapid market movements.
• A parlay (accumulator) requires all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any selection is voided, that selection's odds will be treated as 1.00 in the parlay calculation.

8. Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the Kiss919 platform:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using software, bots, automated tools or any technical means to exploit games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim new bonuses, or artificially placing low-risk bets to fulfil rollover requirements.
• Money laundering through the Kiss919 platform — using an account to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players in an online match to manipulate the outcome (for example, chip dumping in poker).
• Granting third-party access to your account or sharing your account with others.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Kiss919 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining real money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited in full. Kiss919's decision in account closure cases is final.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Kiss919 customer support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned once the necessary security checks have been completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or device issues on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Losses arising from game or betting outcomes that have been correctly confirmed by the system.

Kiss919's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding any claim.
